Resurrection is the first book in the The Sainthood – Boys of Lowell High Series by Siobhan Davis. It’s a Dark, High School, Reverse Harem Romance with Enemies to Lovers themes.
The story starts on the day Harlow’s dad dies. She goes to a party looking for her boyfriend and finds him cheating on her. Then she runs into the Sainthood boys and has an explosive night with them. Harlow starts out just wanting to get through her senior year so she can go away to college. Things turn ugly when her mother moves in an unexpected new man. Now Harlow gets dragged further into the Sainthood’s business and as she finds out more, she decides she needs to take them down.
Phew this one started off with a bang. And by bang I mean a hot as hell hookup between Harlow and the Saint boys. The rest of the book is filled with a lot of suspense and even more spice. It really kept me engaged and wondering what the hell is really going on. I love enemies to lovers tropes and this delivered. Both sides wanted to act like they hated each other when really all the banter was just foreplay. Harlow is so blunt and does not care if she pisses off the men. The Saint boys are perfectly evil and conniving until they realize Harlow is theirs and then want to protect her against the world.
