Stone Cold Queen is the second book in the Sick Boys Series by Lucy Smoke. It’s a Dark College, Enemies to Lovers Romance.

In the aftermath of Pretty Little Savage, Avalon is doing her best to avoid the Sick Boys and cope with what happened to her. Dean gives her space at first but ultimately his need for control and his obsession with Ava wins. Ava agrees to work with Dean to find the people responsible and make them pay.

I was so intrigued about where the story was going to go. It went completely sideways. Literal opposite of a cliche plot, in my opinion, and I’ve been having trouble finding original stories lately so I was all in. The prologues really are masterpieces in getting me to wonder how the hell the story ends up there and not being able to put the book down until I find out. Again, I absolutely love what a badass Avalon is. I was so on the fence about Dean, but he stepped it up for me in this book. Those last few chapters. Man. I’m starting book 3 immediately. I have to know what happens next.
